As a busy mum, I find it so difficult to fit a workout into my very hectic day. But I really want to work out. Especially after having 2 kids I really need a fitness workout I can fit around my life and day. One that helps me stay fit, gets me toned up, has me eating well and helps me lose weight. Any tips for one?

I have tried a variety of exercises to get toned and lose weight but there are a few things I just cannot stand – like jumping. Plus I am no aerobics fan, nor a HIIT exercise fan either. I just cannot stand anything that is high impact – I prefer yoga, pilates, and low impact exercises that have a big impact but are very gentle – especially as my knees aren’t the healthiest (no idea why!)
I have tried the Asana Rebel yoga app, Tone It Up, many different exercises on Youtube, and currently doing the FitOn app. With all that in mind, I need to mentally prepare myself each time before a workout exercise, even if it is only 15 minutes. Hey, don’t judge but with everything I have going on (as most busy mompreneurs can relate) I find it even hard to find 15 spare minutes. So if you do find the time then well done.
But in any case, I realised that there were a few things I liked to ensure I prepped when it came to doing a fitness workout. That is why I thought I would share my wisdom to hopefully help you get into exercising mode with my list.
