In my opinion, a healthy life is developed through a healthy mind, body and soul. If you have all three areas figured out then you are part of the minority and congrats to you but if you are like me and the majority of the normal folk then we need to work on these areas before we can join the “Healthy Life Club”.
My mission here is to get you to the Healthy Life Club and Your mission is to follow me, interact and of course have fun so we can learn from one another and help each other reach our goals (or even make some goals!).
It is very easy to get bogged down with the fine details and spend all of your time and effort to exercise more, eat super healthy, take care of your appearance, find the best yet affordable clothes, and at the same time stay positive, happy and enthusiastic about it all. Let’s be real, this not only sounds impossible, it in fact actually is.Eating & Drinking
I myself, for as long as I can remember, have been trying like crazy to find the correct balance. Don’t forget: we all want to look like the skinny, well-groomed super happy girls we see on YouTube videos or Instgram lives, and we all want their clothes, makeup and lives….but we live in the real world and here we need to make our own happiness and beauty, coz let’s face it no one is gonna do that for us, are they??!!
Sooo….I appreciate you taking the time from your busy lives and day to read this and I do hope you will join me on my journey (with your help and support of course) to Style Our Lives and join the Healthy Life club…and we can do this by taking care of our bodies, appearance, style and most importantly our minds – remember a happy healthy mind is a happy healthy perosn and our lives are connected to our emotions and feelings.
