When it comes to organizing your home there are millions of products on the market for you to choose from. As a professional home organiser, I am always on the lookout for new home organising products that I can introduce to my clients and readers. Anything that will make their lives easier and more functional.
But of course, I don’t condone buying new things just for the sake of buying them. I don’t like adding more clutter unnecessarily, as my job is to clearly DECLUTTER your home, not add to it! Remember the 1-in-1-out rule! For every time you want to buy you need to get rid of something currently in your home that you do not use.
Point To Remember
It is always a good idea to reuse what you already have. Be creative – or contact me and I can take a virtual look around your home and make suggestions of what you can reuse and what items you actually need to purchase.

As many of you already know I am a HUGE Amazon lover and of course an Amazon Prime member who loves finding new deals and items to make my life simpler.
In case you are new here, here is a link to my Amazon Storefront (US) and the UK site too so you can head over and check it out if you need more inspiration and ideas on what to shop from Amazon. I update my lists weekly so be sure to follow me on Amazon for all the latest updates. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member then here are my top reasons as to why you should be!
So below I have included 22 of my (current) favourite products from Amazon Home that will organize, tidy and sort your home!
Around The Home
These organizers include those items that you can interchange around your home and they will work in any room or space. It’s always good to have a few of these around your home as even if you end up decluttering a space and have extra boxes to spare, you can utilise them in other rooms without it going to waste. Plus they make tidying a breeze as every item in your home has its own home. So you know where to return each item after using it.
Organizing Baskets
Rope-style organizing baskets are so versatile that you can organize pretty much anything in them – from toys to blankets to towels. They can be used in most (if not all) rooms around your home, and are great at concealing the contents so if using them to store a load of toys that you keep in your living room then it acts as room decor and storage. The smaller organising storage baskets even work well in bathrooms for a rustic boho-inspired look.
Drawer Dividers & Organizers
Junk drawers fill up too quickly and easily. The best way to avoid a junk drawer is to implement a functional system inside your drawers. This simply means allocating specific categories to each drawer and using drawer dividers and drawer organizers. PRO TIP: label each section so tidying up and maintaining the organized space is easier for everyone in your home. Here are a few of my favourite drawer organizers and dividers:
Organizing Bins & Tubs
There are a few different styles when it comes to finding the correct organizing bins and tubs for your home. Three of the top styles are

The Kitchen
Here are some great storage solutions and organizers for kitchen organization just like The Home Edit. I have also added some great products that would make any pantry organization simple and similar to the style of Marie Kondo.
food containers
Stackable food storage containers are a must for any kitchen or pantry. They store all the dry foods safely and away from little critters. I would definitely opt for air-tight containers as these work the best. Here are a few different options for you:
Spice Jars
Spices and herbs are best stored in Bamboo glass spice jars – they look pretty and are easy to clean and work very well whether you are creating a spices drawer using these spice organisers, putting together a display spice rack, or even including them on a cupboard door. Either way, all these options work great for your organised kitchen and pantry:
Tupperware & Cookware organisers
Some of the very handy organisers I have come across on Amazon Home for getting your kitchen and pantry organised include cookware organisers, Tupperware lid organizers, and Bakeware rack organisers. These get the job done by creating systems in your cupboards, drawers and pantries.
You could even take the organization up one level and opt for a water bottle organiser/ holder and even an organiser for wraps, foil and cling film.
fridge & Freezer bins
To create an organised fridge and freezer you need to utilise products such as lazy susans (turntables), berry bins, can holders, egg holders, pullout drawers and even vegetable holders:
The Wardrobe
When it comes to wardrobe organisation the very first step to take is to DECLUTTER. This process involves simplifying and editing your wardrobe to ensure you only keep those items in your wardrobe that you actually wear and love. Then comes organising and either folding your items away neatly or hanging them into your cupboards. Here are a few of my favourite closet organizers:
hangers
Velvet slimline hangers are a must for any wardrobe. Get rid of all your laundry-plastic hangers and ensure your wardrobe is streamlined with the same thin hangers. Velvet hangers are great as (1) your wardrobe will hold more clothes as they are slim, (2) your closet will look great as the streamlined effect turns any wardrobe from bluh to wow! and (3) the velvet material hold the clothes on the hangers as opposed to plastic or wire hangers where dresses and blouses tend to slip right off. Used with connectors you can add more hangers or other items.
shoe storage
Another area of your home that seems to love clutter and getting easily messed up is the shoes. Therefore I suggest using a shoe organiser to hold them in place. Whether that is an in-wardrobe shoe rack or storage boxes.
shelf dividers
Shelf dividers work great for wardrobes with shelf space. You can fold items and separate them with dividers. You can display items and use the dividers to separate them creating further organized spaces.
Bonus product
For folding clothes, you can use these lined wicker baskets or these clothes organisers.

The Bathroom
makeup organizers
Any beauty influencer, beauty-loving-mum or makeup addict knows the importance of having a makeup organizer on her nightstand or dresser. There are many options for how you decide to display your makeup and beauty products. Do you prefer everything out on your desk so you can see it all? Like in a store…or do you prefer out of sight? I personally have all my makeup and beauty products in my drawers, neatly organized using drawer organizers.
Shower Caddy
No matter what type of shower you have (or bath for that matter) a shower caddy keeps your shower organized and tidy. There is nothing worse than seeing all of your bottles, sponges and shampoos all over the place when you come to have a shower. These little caddies keep you organized and contain all of your shower items:
Bathroom Storage Bins
I cannot resist white storage bins in the bathroom. Not only do they brighten up the space but the bins keep the products inside out of sight so you have an automatically tidy bathroom that is also very aesthetically pleasing too.

The Office
Most people are now working from home with a lot of paperwork being dropped nearly everywhere around the home. I thought I’d help out with some helpful ideas for storage solutions for your office.
filing Storage
One of the best ways to organise your paperwork (and I will be covering this in a separate post soon) is to start with a shelf such as an Ikea Kallax, use cubed boxes inside each zone of the Kallax and use suspension frames and hanging folders inside each box to categorise and organise your documents.
document boxes
If you’re short on storage space then you can easily opt for a document box and neatly store all of your documents and paperwork securely inside. It keeps things tidy, does the job and can be labelled and stored away wherever you need – whether that’s the garage, attic or office.
photo storage solution
When it comes to photo storage and organisation (another hot topic I will be tackling soon – a great reason to sign up for my newsletter updates BELOW) I have come across a few items that work pretty well:

The Laundry/ Utility Room
The laundry room (or Utility Room as some people like to call it), has to be one of my favourite rooms to organise and tidy. I love a clean home especially one that has a place for everything. I strive for the “Insta-Perfect” Utility Room but as many of you, I too understand those laundry rooms are perfectly looking but also hard to maintain and most importantly require a lot of discipline when it comes to decluttering your cleaning supplies.

cleaning supply organizers
I like to use caddies, white plastic boxes and wire baskets to contain my cleaning supplies. I like to create a bright white feel and look to all of my organization so I tend to prefer plastic and white over bamboo and glass:
Laundry Supply Containers
There are a host of items that can be used to store detergents, pods, boosters, whiteners, fabric softeners and more. From apothecary containers and glass jars to dispensers, drawers and more:

The Playroom
The playroom and kids toys – wooh this is a very big area that needs organization. Kids have a LOT of toys – well my kids do and I am always looking for storage solutions to keep their toys at bay. Here are a few I have found to help me out:
The Ikea Trofast Storage System
This is the biggest lifesaver for me. The Ikea Trofast Storage System is one of the best storage solutions for children’s toys and playrooms. Not only do they keep all of the toys out of sight, but they also encourage children to put away their toys after playing, as each dedicated box contains a category. So your children will know where the lego belongs, where the cars belong and so on. Really is a blessing to have in your organised home.
Mesh Zip A4 and A5 Storage Bags
Another great Amazon find, to keep your home organized and tidy. These mesh zip bags are perfect for organizing small toys, board games, puzzles, lego pieces and more. They fit a lot in and can be labelled with your trusty label maker. The zips are sturdy and even the little fingers can open them up.

I personally like to empty out my board games from their hideous (and very large) boxes, using these mesh zip bags to contain the puzzle pieces neatly. You can just cut out the picture from the box and put it inside the zip bag for future playing. They come in a variety of sizes so you can literally store anything in them.
Felt Storage Bins
These sturdy and aesthetically pleasing felt storage bins work wonderfully on shelves and dressers. They look pretty whilst at the same time containing all of your products neatly. Even if the inside gets messed up quickly then at least from the outside it looks tidy (until you get to clean it that is).
