(AD | GIFTED) For all you cold-pressed juice lovers out there, this one’s for you. PRESS health foods are a plant-based grocery store specialising in juice cleanses, soup cleanses, detox cleanses and diet plans. They do online grocery deliveries and provide delicious cold-pressed juice.
PRESS was founded in 2014 in a bathtub in Old Street station and have managed to rise up and flourish into 2 retail stores, an online delivery service and also work with over 700 independent stockists all over the UK. PRESS kindly sent a box of yummy cold-pressed juices and soups for me to try out at home.

I loved how fast delivery was and they package the items with ice packs. This ensures the juices and soups arrived fresh. All of the juices count towards your 1 a day and are vegan. Their soups and meals are all healthy and packed with goodness.
PRESS do cleanses and diets like 2-week diets, 12-week diets and even a wedding cleanse! For instance, if you’re looking to fit into your dress then this is perfect for you.
What I received
I received 4 juices, 2 soups and 1 meal from PRESS:
Lean Green Juice
Berry Boost Juice
Super Glow Smoothie
Clean Carrot Juice
Slow Roasted Tomato Soup
Sweet Potato & Carrot Soup
Fiery Coconut Curry
PRESS source high-quality fruit and veg from G.A.P. Global certified farms and include the “odd” veg and fruit too. Their cold-pressed juices are packed with healthy products that are safe and ethically sourced. This set’s the standard for environmentally conscious farming practices.

Cold pressure (HPP) makes raw products safe and keeps the enzymes and nutrients alive. PRESS juices are not heat-treated or pasteurised. They don’t use preservatives, sugar or other nasties in their cold-pressed juices. The process of manufacturing includes taking the fruit or veg whole then pressing, filtering, mixing and bottling it. The whole process takes under 2 hours and is done in one place.
Juices tend to lose their vitamin content over time. But when you cold-press fruit and veg, you are preserving all of the nutrients and vitamins for longer. This ensures you get all the health benefits of your drink.

My family and I loved the cold-pressed juices. My favourite part is the different flavours they make and my favourite was the Lean Green juice. I find it very difficult to get my 5 a day or any vegetables/ fruits into my diet. And as my life is a little too hectic for full healthy meals, it’s good to know that with these PRESS juices I get all the hard work is done for me and it’s delivered straight to my door.
