The colour Wild Olive represents nature. It resembles the very popular “khaki” colour and has a calming way about it. Such a colour brings nature and the outdoors inside. It’s one of those colours that looks dark but can actually be used to brighten up your walls or even used as home decor accessories to freshen up your home.
When I see accents of olive and wild greens in a home it sends feelings of tranquillity through me. I feel like I want to drop onto a comfy sofa with a view of a forest out in front of me. It’s best paired with neutral hues, light wood, navy blues, darker greens and metallic finishes. You can take Wild Olive either way when it comes to home interior finishes – a minimal effect or bold statement.
