My Latest Clarins Beauty Products Haul
I am the biggest fan of Clarins when it comes to my beauty regimen. Whether it is my morning beauty routine or evening beauty routine – Clarins products are my usual go to items. Check out my opinions on the best Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Face Scrub and Moisturiser.
I will be putting together a full review of all my favourite Clarins’ products but for the time being you can check out what I recently bought. Have you tried
Multi-Active Day Cream (US link)
I used to use the Hydration cream (the light blue bottle) and as my followers already know me, I like to mix up my skincare products after I finish the bottle. So this time I decided to use the Multi-Active collection to see if it suits my skin type. So far I am somewhat pleased but it has only been a few days so I will provide an update on this post.

If you’re lucky enough to have “normal” skin then the Multi-Active collection has the “All Skin Types” (US link) cream for you.
Multi-Active Night Cream (US link)
This night cream comes in Normal to Combination Skin only and I must say the first time I used it I didn’t like it. The second few times I decided to use it (in conjunction with my Estee Lauder Night Serum – check out the post here), I really loved it. It works wonders. Keeps my skin hydrated whilst I sleep and I wake up refreshed and clean.

Multi-Active Eye Cream (US link)
This is something I haven’t used before at all so not really sure how my skin will react to this. Normally I cannot use any eye creams around my eyes as my skin there is too sensitive. I either break out or get more wrinkles (yep very counter-intuitive) and even dark circles which I don’t usually have anyway.
This eye cream is supposed to target fine lines, dark circles and puffiness, removing stress & fatigue from your eyes. I used it two nights in a row after my serum and before the moisturiser and I haven’t been able to notice any good benefits from it yet. More fine lines and dark circles so far. I will stop using it for a week then do it again. I’ll keep you posted.
Gifts from my Clarins Purchase
This is what I totally love about purchasing from Clarins.co.uk – they always have offers on and you not only get at least 3 trial size products (and either a headband, pouch or makeup bag) as the gift, you also get 3 samples. There are even days when they do double samples.
With trial size products I go for my favourites usually – those that I know suits my skin and I love. They are perfect for travelling as they are small enough to carry yet still contain enough product to get good use out of it. The samples are great for picking new products that you have always wanted to try but don’t want to splash the cash on the full thing. It’s a great way to test the products on your skin.
These are the 3 trial size products I selected (I got a free headband with it too – not pictured) in my latest Clarins beauty haul:
Toning Lotion With Chamomile (US link)
This is my normal go-to toner. It is aimed at normal-dry skin and keeps your skin soft and feeling hydrated after you cleanse your face. As we all know using a toner after cleansing is a very important step in your skincare beauty routine. You can read more about it here.
One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser (US link)
This is a new favourite for me. I accidentally ran out of cleanser and started trawling through my sample/ trial products to see if I had anything I could use for the time being until I ordered my next one, and this popped up. I started using it and automatically fell in love with it. It has microbeads so acts as a scrub as well as a cleanser, and it is very soft at the same time. All skin types can use this cleanser. Added bonus it smells great (like an orangery flavour – plus the colour is orange too). I would definitely recommend trying this one as a trial size product if you can and am sure you will like it.
Gentle Foaming Cleanser with Shea Butter (US link)
As I said above I ran out of cleanser and was actually planning on buying this product in full size, however when I saw the offer of the day which included the trial size of this cleanser plus the One Step Exfoliating Cleanser, I decided to get 2 trial sizes for the next month to use interchangeably. As you know this is my favourite way of using cleansers and moisturisers as this ensures that my skin doesn’t get too used to one item and stop working for me. This cleanser is mostly for dry/ sensitive skin and keeps your skin soft and supple. Sometimes it can dry your skin out but give it a try to see how you get on. If you want to read more about this cleanser then check it out here.

Instant Eye Make-Up Remover (US link)
Bi-phase oil-based make up remover is great. Glides on easily and removes really stubborn makeup and waterproof mascara. I love the way it feels on my face and it is very soft and removes pretty much everything off of my eyes. I hate eye make up removers that are either rough on the eye area or literally leave everything on your eyes – hello dirty white towels.
Hydra-Essential Silky Cream (US link)
This was the moisturiser I used last time. I really like it. It is very soft and leaves you very hydrated. Plus my make up sits very well after using this particular moisturiser. This one is for normal to dry skin. There is an option for very dry skin and the cream is very rich but I find that it breaks my skin out if I use heavy creams.
Multi-Active Day Cream (US link)
Yes I took a sample version of this cream in the normal to combination version to throw into my travel bag. I love having tester/ sample bottles of my favourite items that I can take with me when I travel. It saves a lot of space and my bags aren’t as heavy.
Clarins Haul (US links)
So there you have it – this is how I save on beauty products. I purchase a couple of the necessary full size products that I actually need (usually 2-3 products), keeping an eye out for when the best offers are on, and I get at least 6 extra items on top of that. #Winner!!
