The Happy Stationery Club: A New Children's Stationery Shop

I’ve just launched a new Etsy Shop! Welcome to The Happy Stationery Club – a children’s stationery shop!

If you’ve followed Styling Life Today for a while, you’ll probably already know two things about me:

I absolutely love organisation, planning and all things stationery.
I’m always full of ideas and creative projects.

So today I’m very excited to finally share something we’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes…The Happy Stationery Club!

Our brand new Etsy shop and Instagram account are dedicated to cute, cheerful stationery designed to make children smile.

And honestly? This project feels incredibly special because it’s not just mine — it’s something I’ve been building together with my 8-year-old son.

How The Idea Started To Create Children’s Stationery

I’ve always loved stationery. Notebooks, planners, sticky notes, bookmarks, colourful pens — I’ve genuinely been obsessed with stationery for as long as I can remember. But I didn’t want to create “just another stationery shop.”

There are already so many beautiful stationery businesses out there, so I kept asking myself: What would make this different? What would make it meaningful?

At the same time, my son and I were constantly doodling little characters, talking about ideas and creating fun designs together at home. Slowly, we realised we could turn those ideas into something much bigger.

That’s how The Happy Stationery Club was born. We wanted to create products that weren’t only cute, but also positive, supportive and full of personality.

Meet Our Happy Characters

One of the biggest parts of the brand is our collection of happy characters, each designed with their own personality and purpose. We currently have five main characters:

Toasty — The Comfort Keeper
Designed to help children feel calm, cosy and reassured.

Sunny — The Joy Bringer
Focused on happiness, positivity and confidence.

Footy — The Go Getter
Encouraging motivation, energy and trying your best.

Clocky — The Time Guide
Helping children with routines, structure and organisation.

Apple — The Smart Learner
Supporting learning, confidence and growth.

Every character is designed to feel playful and fun while also carrying a gentle positive message for children.

Children’s Stationery

We’ve officially launched our first collection of children’s stationery on Etsy, and honestly, seeing the products come to life has been surreal. Our current range includes:

Glossy laminated bookmarks
Magnetic bookmarks
Sticker sheets
Notepads (in various sizes)

Everything has been designed to feel cheerful, colourful and giftable. The magnetic bookmarks are already one of my personal favourites because they’re practical, adorable and perfect for little readers.

Although The Happy Stationery Club was designed with children in mind, we quickly realised the products also appeal to:
